That is not reassurance. It is what the figures say.
The Project collects first-person accounts at Not Myself, a separate site that it runs. It is kept apart from the Project’s own views, so that what you say is not shaped by what we think.
You can speak or write, in any language, at whatever length you want. Nobody will write back, nothing is published without your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Not Myself is being built. If you would like to be told when it opens, write to hello@metanoiaproject.ie. If you would like to help build it, this is what it will be.
